Returns
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from TheMysticSmokeShop.com. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
In addition to your 30-day returns guarantee, customers in the US are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving them as long as they are still in their original, unopened packaging, and you have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, send us an email at info@themysticsmokeshop.com.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
